Dynatec Contracting was founded 15 years ago as a large "open" construction firm with focus on residential & commercial developements, in addition to New York City (HPD) funded contracts.

We have since expanded our services to include design build and general contracting for private client luxury residential & commercial projects.

Our team can engage a client renovation project at any stage; from the design development phase to working with your architect to execute on the project plans. We have a proven team of artisans, sub-contractors and specialty vendors who take pride in upholding the highest standards of workmanship.
