Dynatec Contracting is an established General Construction Company founded by President, Eleftherios "Terry" Malliakas in July of 1996. Our corporate offices are located in the heart of Astoria, Queens. Dynatec Contracting is known for its outstanding reputation due to its involvement in various projects, in the diverse field of construction with emphasis on Institutional as well as Commercial establishments throughout the Metropolitan area promoting excellent work ethics and commitment to quality.

Dynatec Contracting is multifaceted in all project types. Some of our work in the recent past included interior and exterior work of multiunit tenements, monetary establishments (Marathon Bank, previously Interbank of New York), Depot Amenities, Corporate and City Agencies (NY Passport Office) and Government Institutions (Mission of Brunei, Cyprus Embassy to the U.N.), all of which were executed in the time allotted. We specialize in new construction, demolition work, complete interior gut rehab, detailed wood work, stone work, structural work, complete exterior work, electrical, plumbing, heating, and H.V.A.C. We are also licensed as a Lead Abatement Contractor and fully execute routine methods in the elimination of Hazardous Wastes. In addition, we are a Home Improvement Contractor licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs.
