A two family house, side by side consisting of three levels, each family with a front veranda and side balconies with stainless steel railings and clay tile roof. High end interior finishes in wood, marble and granite open stair cases with stainless steel and glass balustrade.

Restoration of an existing brownstone converted to 4 luxury apartments retaining old world architectural details. The scope of work contains selective demolition, general G.C work, plumbing, heating, electrical sprinkler, millwork, finishes, etc.

Brunie Mission
In the U.N. area of 100, 1st Ave a 100% interior and exterior gut rehabilitation and partial modification of the building envelope. The scope of work contains structural work, partial new erections, G.C work, plumbing, H.V.A.C, electrical sprinkler, extensive millwork, stonework etc.

Demolition of existing theatre for erection of new building containing an underground garage, 1st floor offices and commercial space as well as twelve residential apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. Conversions of two existing commercial spaces into bank branches in the heart of Brooklyn and New York City, designed to meet state of the art equipment for all banking needs.

22-24 128th Street
An interior and exterior 100 % gut rehabilitation of a building located in Harlem, New York. The building has composite steel and concrete floors with limestone exterior front facades. An apartment dweller and commercial space on the first floor are maintained in early 1900 exterior. The scope of work was to maintain the exterior aesthetics and architecture while providing 30 new modern apartments in the interior.

308 W151st Street
An interior and exterior 100 % gut rehabilitation of a building located in Harlem, New York. The building has composite steel and concrete floors with limestone exterior front facades. An apartment dweller and commercial space on the first floor are maintained in early 1900 exterior. The scope of work was to maintain the exterior aesthetics and architecture while providing 10 new modern apartments in the interior.
